FOCUS T25 Phase 2 BETA SPEED 2.0

Sorry for the delay. This was yesterdays workout but I had to rush off to the Indians game (priorities ya' know)...

So...the ALPHA version of T25 had Speed 1.0. (You can read the article below from July 4th).

Speed 2.0...what can I say? On July 4th I wrote:

          "And just when you think this is too much, you get to stop and stretch! Nice break!" 

Hmmmm.....Speed 2.0. When Shaun tells you that your 25 minutes starts "NOW"...yep...he means NOW! And unlike Speed 1.0, you don't get those little stretches and rests. It's 25 minutes of a lot of fast jumping, squating, and just...FAST!

Mentally, I don't think I was ready for an all out ballz to the wallz, let's see what you got, let's up it one more notch workout as I had just finished the BEAST Chest and Tris. I was so looking forward to those breaks...which...never came. LOL!

ll in all, I like the BETA version better. It's more aggressive, yes, but than so am I. ;)
