Oh boy...So I was thinking core cardio and my legs (thighs) are burning! The core came more into play in the second half of the 25 minutes. Lots of squats, lunges and leg work in the first 12 minutes followed by plank work in the second half - and - or course, the infamous burnout drills....did I mention the burpees?
I can definitely say you burn a lot of calories...and make sure you have plenty of water because I'm sweaty from head to toe. ;)
