I was so worried. I just finished BEAST: Bulk Legs and needed to get my T25 in for the day. You never know what Sean T is going to throw at you. I thought, "Whoa boy...after legs this is going to kill me!" As I figured it was going to be a lot of cardio. But it was more calisthenic and abs in nature (thank goodness for me!).

Altho it wasn't easy, it was more light weight (yes, you either need a resistance band or light weights for this one), with traditional bodybuilding moves along with interval aerobics. After both workouts tho, I have to admit the last 8 minutes were touch and go...especially the last ab session. I was so happy when it was done. :)
