For most people it is very hard to give up carbohydrates such as bread and pasta. This bread makes the switch much easier, easily being able to still have sandwiches and toast.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup Butter melted (organic grass fed preferred, not "Can't Believe it's Not Butter"!)
2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
7 Eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 teaspoon Xanthium gum (You can find this in places like EarthFare, I think Walmart may have it too...it's natural)
1/2 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 180 c (355 F)
Put the eggs into a bowl and beat for 1 - 2 mins on high.
Add coconut oil and melted butter to eggs, continue beating.
Add remaining ingredients. Will become quite thick
Scrape into a loaf pan lined with baking paper.
Bake for 45 minutes. (Remove once a skewer comes out of the middle clean).
