FOCUS T25 Day 2 Review: Speed 1.0

Well...well...well...Shaun T did it this time. Can you put anything more into a 25 minute workout to make it complete? Burpees (yes, burpees), plank, cross jacks, whatever, it's in here! This 25 minute workout really carries a punch! Did I  mention the boxing moves?

And just when you think this is too much, you get to stop and stretch! Nice break!

You'll be sweating up a storm and burning mega calories with this one! And, he has the modified moves right along with the DVD for those who need to slow down a bit or are beginners.
