So I was thinking after day 1 and 2...they named day 3 FOCUS T25 Day 3: Total Body Circuit...my mind said, "Hey! weren't those other ones total body?"....and then I did the workout. WOW! Is all that came to mind. Definitely a total body workout...and no breaks like yesterday's workout.
I had to stop about 5 times to wipe the sweat from my face because I couldn't see with how bad it was rolling into my eyes!
Definitely an awesome workout...ShaunT did it again!
RATING: Spectacular! And as usual, you have your modified moves for beginners or those with bad knees. :)
