FOCUS T25 is Shaun T's newest workout series designed to burn calories fast.
Day 1: Cardio....25 mins goes by quickly. You definitely work up a good sweat. I was dripping from head to toe. Altho this is meant for intensity, beginners an intermediate can follow along with the demo for lower impact making it a great workout for all intensity levels. Anyone can o this workout.
FOCUS T25 is a 25 minute a day/5 days a week program...no more excuses! It goes by so quick you have plenty of time for that favorite TV show. ;)
