Why Workout when I can just do Jennie Craig.

UGH! Trainer's cringe at statements like this. Why? Because places like Jennie Craig and Weight Watchers (to name a few) don't teach you anything. Will you lose weight? Sure. You'll lose weight on ANY diet that you stick too. However, they do not teach you any nutrition, how to create good eating habits, when to eat and what to eat, label reading and what those ingredients mean.
 
So what happens? You pay a LOT of money, you lose the weight, then as soon as you go off of their program you gain it back...plus some! Who of us has already been there, done that?
 
The correct, and in my opinion, only way to lose weight and keep it off is proper nutrition taught by a certified person, (as Iam), and working out. Will you be able to go off this an never gain the weight back? No. However, with working out, your metabolism will be higher and it will help keep the weight off. Also, this is the safe way, all natural, no chemicals/preservatives. And it's the only way you'll learn what's in your food, And if you do gain a but back, you'll know exactly what to do about it.
