Organic...is it really better for you?

Organic...is it really better for you? Well, besides fewer chemicals on your produce, studies show that you get more antioxidants going organic. The theory is that the lack of pesticides forces organically grown plants to produce their own protection....including antioxidants like vitamin C.

Now...if this is true about the veggies being forced to grow their own protection, what does this say about GMO grown produce? Will we all be forced on vitamins and supplements due to lack of nutrition in our food down the future?

ORGANIC VS GMO (or non-organic)

If your chicken breast is bigger than your fist, ten to one, it's not organic. And watch for extra added sodium and injected flavorings.

Corn...most corn nowadays is GMO. I won't touch anything with corn in it. But, if you must know...here's the comparison.

The Frankenfish...made from salmon crossed with eel...and unlabeled. Nasty fish that is it gets into our streams will kill anything available. Yes, they grow fast...no...you won't know you're eating eel.

Tomatoes...those tasty round balls of Lycopene, an antioxidant. The redder the tomato  the better it is for you...GMO results? See for yourself.
