Days 1-5 were all fast paced workouts with day 6 being the rest day. Day 7 brings us "stretch". A very good way to end a week and get ready for the next week of T25.
The same workouts continue for the next 4 weeks (5 weeks total for the ALPHA stage). Then Shaun T cranks it up and you start the BETA stage.
