FOCUS T25 Day 5: Lower Focus (Add Cardio from Day 1)

With FOCUS T25 Day 5's Lower Focus, Shaun T suggests doing the first day's Cardio for maximum results. Or you can do the cardio on day 6 or eliminate it if need be.

Lower Focus is just that...all legs and buttocks. Lots of lunges, squats and short bursts of plyo all focusing on your lower half. I can tell you, it's a workout. At first I didn't think I would sweat as much as cardio, speed or total body...but I am drenched.

Your legs require a lot of energy for a workout. Working them hard, like in this workout, really burns the calories. :D
