These are almost the tastiest, healthy treat you'll ever eat!
Easy to make, and ready in minutes. I make mine without the oats; as I feel oats make it too dry. And why add the extra calories?
It's as simple as:
- 1C Chocolate Shakeology
- 1C natural peanut butter (YES, there is a difference, read your labels peeps!)
- 1/8 C honey (local is best)
Mix all ingredients together and add extra shakeology or honey if it's too dry or too moist. The mix should be wet, but not too sticky. You have to roll them into balls.
Let it sit for 5 mins so the Shakeology is all absorbed. roll into 1" balls. Chill and enjoy.
You can make them different flavors by adding unsweetened coconut, ground flaxseed, or any flavor you love with chocolate and peanut butter, You can substitue the peanut butter with any other nut butter, and the honey with agave nector if you wish.
