So sorry about the late posting. I had a minor setback, but am back on track! :)
Day 4 of the BETA version of FOCUS T25 was an ab workout. The first half is standing abs which incorporated some minor aerobics to get the fat melting. It wasn't not hard for a die hard like myself, but I can see where it may be challenging to newbies. The second half was floor work and a bit more challenging.

I'm not big on the standing ab work. A lot of people swear by it, but it doesn't seem to do much for me. I'm up in the air on this workout. I'm used to the BEAST and P90X abs. We shall see what the results are in the next 4 weeks.
Today, Upper Focus and Core Cardio. I'll be reporting back later on Upper Focus. And, if you've been following along, you know that Core Cardio was Day 1 of the BETA portion o fthe program.
