FOCUS T25 Day 4: Ab Intervals

Day 4 was all about abs, throw in a little cardio and some squats (we all love squats!) and it was a complete workout.

After completing the ab series on P90X Ab Ripper X, P90X+ Abs, INSANITY:Asylum and The BEAST abs, the ALPHA version of T25's abs didn't seem so bad. Although it is twice as much longer than the others. I can't wait to see what the BETA Abs for T25 has in store for us. (Yes, once you complete the ALPHA version in about 5 weeks you go to PH2, the BETA T25.
