FOCUS T25 BETA Day 5 Upper Body Focus

Upper Body Focus is a little aerobics, mixed in with calisthenics and some light basic weight training to give you an overall arm workout.

 Although a lot easier than the BEAST (I'm used to a LOT heavier weights)...FOCUS T25's BEAT Upper Body is a good workout. I was definitely very sweaty when done.

And...once again, did I mention the Burpees? LOL! Oh Shaun...he never lets us forget the Burpees. This is why we love you. 

Day 6 is rest day just as the ALPHA version. So I'll be doing the BEAST tomorrow. The last DVD to review in this series is Day 7 is again the Stretch DVD which I have already reviewed.

All in all, with the moderator. If you're looking to tone and lose inches fast, this is a great workout for every fitness level.
